Fall is always a busy time for HIF and this year was no exception. We are privileged to have had the chance to sponsor the Hungarian Heritage Festival in New York, Hungarian scholars to the 2017 CEPA Forum, and a host of programs promoting Hungarian arts and culture. We also joined the American Hungarian Federation and TFAS in celebrating their ongoing and continuing commitment to the promoting freedom by building bridges across the Atlantic.

HIF was proud to announce the selection of world-class Hungarian pianist Adam Gyorgy as the inaugural HIF Cultural Ambassador of the Year. We collaborated with Mr. Gyorgy on his U.S. tour, in which the artist shared his extraordinary talents and exemplary commitment to Hungarian classical music, culminating in a full-house performance at Carnegie Hall.

We found a new home within the historic Willard Office Building. We hope our new home will propel us into a renewed, reenergized vision in effectively carrying out our mission.
