Next Generation Leaders

The Hungary Foundation (HIF) is pleased to announce that the McCain Institute for International Leadership is now accepting applications and nominations for their 2018 Next Generation Leaders Program.

With support of HIF, the McCain Institute will offer an opportunity to a qualified mid-career professional from Hungary to participate in their flagship program which will begin in September 2018.

The Next Generation Leaders program is open to emerging leaders in their respective fields who are likely to play significant leadership roles in their societies in the future. The program focuses on recruiting professionals from countries that need significant reforms or are undergoing political, economic, or social transition, but remains open to any qualified and talented individual regardless of country of origin.

Climate change; cybersecurity; e-governance; energy, food and water; EU post-Brexit; anti-human and labor trafficking; infrastructure development; national security; political leadership; post-conflict reconstruction; freedom of the press; refugee resettlement; South China Sea regional cooperation; and the politics of international trade.
